Terms and Conditions

For reservations made directly on our website or via phone, a first-night deposit plus lodging tax is required to secure your reservation and will be charged to the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card provided. The remainder of your balance is due at check-in and can be paid by credit card or cash.

Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. Upon payment your keyless entry code will be provided for check in.

Reservations made through third-party websites such as Airbnb will be charged a 100% deposit at the time of booking.

We will text message or call you the day before or day of your arrival to confirm your arrival time and provide self check-in information.

Check-out is anytime before 11am.

The Alpine Motel is a NON-SMOKING & NON-VAPING property. For the health and safety of our guests, smoking and vaping is only permitted away from the building, and a minimum $250 cleaning fee is imposed for smoking and vaping inside the rooms. Please dispose of any smoking remnants in any of our black cigarette receptacles.

Excessively muddy, bloody and or dirty towels/linens will have an additional $50 fee charged to the credit card on file.

Any violation of these policies will result in the need to find other accommodations immediately. Refunds will not be considered.


Cancellation Policy

At The Alpine Motel, we understand that life sometimes throws a curve ball and plans unexpectedly change. We make many preparations, including purchases and scheduling our staff, based on reservations.

Cancellations affect us greatly, therefore you must agree to the following cancellation policy at the time of booking: If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed and you booked directly through our website or via phone, cancellation notice is required 7-days in advance of your arrival date for a full refund.

Reservations canceled less than 7-days prior to your arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation.

Cancellations less than 48 hours upon arrival will be charged in full.

The Alpine Motel does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness or injury, or family emergencies.

No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.

Information Collection

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at The Alpine Motel. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. The Alpine Motel does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your harddrive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.


Security

At The Alpine Motel, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

The Alpine Motel may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
